About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives within our claims divisions, focusing on addressing business challenges through detailed analysis and providing data-driven recommendations.
You will also support the maintenance and management of process governance structures and assist business areas in their understanding and adoption of best practices.
This is a part-time, fixed-term role until December 2025, with opportunities for flexible hybrid working and professional development.
About the Team
You will be part of our Claims Systems Improvement Branch, within the Clients - Service and Operations division. Our team operates with a high level of autonomy, trusting team members to independently manage their projects while providing support when needed.

- Continuous Improvement Expertise: You will demonstrate excellent knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools, enabling you to drive sustainable operational improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement Skills: You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to present information clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and Adaptable: You will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
