Business Analysis plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives within our IT and Business Transformation roadmap.

As a highly skilled Business Analyst, you will drive business analysis excellence across multiple programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and enhanced client service delivery.

This is a key role that requires leadership skills to elicit, document, and validate requirements across various projects. You will conduct process analysis and mapping to identify gaps and improvement opportunities, facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops, draft business cases, functional specifications, and test plans, and support solution validation and vendor selection.

  • You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with proven experience in regulatory compliance (AML or similar). Strong background in workflow automation, legal tech, or document generation platforms is required.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this role. Ability to work independently and part of a dynamic project team manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment is also necessary.
