Operational Excellence Manager

Work with us to deliver operational excellence at a thriving retirement village. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Village Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our community.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing day-to-day activities, implementing operational plans and projects, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the village's operational functions and contributing to its success.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and engagement.
- Managing village events and social calendar, fostering strong relationships with residents and their families.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, excellent computer literacy, and the ability to balance competing priorities and manage expectations effectively.
Requirements- Exceptional people management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn and develop professionally, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate - or be willing to obtain.
- Customer Service, Property, or Hospitality management background.
