Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative professional to join our team as a Lending Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in adding value through loans and customer growth via various face-to-face and digital channels.

  • You will be responsible for managing and obtaining customers and lending enquiries from our branch network within and outside our footprint.
  • Your primary objective will be to proactively identify and develop authentic relationships with customers to generate lending pipelines.

You will facilitate seamless applications with an impactful customer experience that leads to enduring relationships. Your product knowledge, lending experience, and responsiveness to customer needs will grow the loan-book, deposits, and customer base by expanding awareness of our brand and banking solutions across our communities.

As an ambassador of our brand, you will bring new customers and enrich existing relationships through your active marketing efforts to your existing customer base.
