Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including administrative tasks and site coordination.
  • Ensure project staff updates are accurate and comprehensive.
  • Identify and report project risks and delays to management.
  • Resolve schedule conflicts and optimize project timelines with other project personnel.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure installations and repairs meet or exceed set standards.
  • Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Must possess TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance or AUS PV Clearance.
  • Minimum BA/BS degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field.
  • 5 years experience with project management software like MS Project, Primavera or similar.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and technologies.
