Job Role: Scheduler

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled scheduler to join our team. As a scheduler, you will play a vital role in planning and coordinating project timelines and resources.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, coordinating with project staff, identifying and reporting project risks and delays, collaborating with other project personnel, and maintaining quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Detailed Project Schedules: You will be responsible for creating comprehensive schedules that accurately reflect project timelines and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with Project Staff: You will work closely with project staff to gather status updates and ensure that schedules are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Identify and Report Project Risks and Delays: You will identify potential risks and delays and report them to management in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Other Project Personnel: You will work collaboratively with other project personnel to resolve schedule conflicts and optimize project timelines.
  • Maintain Quality Control: You will implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed set standards.
  • Facilitate Team Communication: You will facilitate clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.

Requirements:

  • Must Possess:
    • US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
    • A minimum of a BA/BS from an accredited institution in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience with project management software like MS Project, Primavera, or similar.

  • Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
