Overview:

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our projects. You will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, resources, and activities to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities:

">

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including administrative tasks and site locations.
">

">

• Coordinate with project staff to gather status updates, ensuring that schedules are accurate and comprehensive.
">

">

• Identify and report project risks and delays to management.
">

">

• Collaborate with other project personnel to resolve schedule conflicts and optimize project timelines.
">

">

• Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed set standards.
">

">

• Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
">

">

Requirements:

">

• Must possess US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
">

">

• Must have a minimum of a BA/BS from an accredited institution in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
">

">

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with project management software like MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
">

">

• Must have strong organizational and time-management skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
">

">

• Must have strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
">
