About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join our team and lead our high-volume café operation on campus. You will be responsible for managing a diverse and inclusive team, creating and delivering schedules of events and promotions that drive engagement, and working closely with our Food and Beverage Operations Manager to review and evolve our café venues and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-volume, multi-venue café operation
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the customer experience
  • Create and deliver schedules of events and promotions that drive engagement
  • Recruit, lead, and manage a diverse and inclusive team
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Operations Manager to review and evolve café venues and operational objectives
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the team
