Job Description:

A leading Edtech company is seeking a Presales Consultant to join their Business Development team in Melbourne. The company provides innovative SaaS solutions for resource management and serves over 180 Higher Education institutions globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the local business development team to deliver tailored demonstrations of the product suite to prospective clients.
  • Understand client business processes on a deep level and translate them into spot-on, tailored demonstrations of the software suite.
  • Be an absolutely critical part of all sales processes and a trusted advisor to prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience working as a Presales Consultant or similar at a SaaS vendor.
  • Previous experience in the higher education industry, preferably in class and/or exams timetabling.
  • Strong technical understanding and problem-solving mindset.
  • Quick learner with high absorptive capacity.
  • Passion for technology and translating it into business impact.
  • Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual with a "can do" approach.
