About Uptale: Uptale is a French-founded learning platform that combines Virtual Reality and AI to help enterprises and universities create, deliver, and measure impactful 360° training experiences. Now in our 8th year, we're a team of 60+ based across Paris, Singapore, and San Francisco, delivering scalable on-the-job training for deskless and frontline teams. We work with global leaders like L'Oréal, Coles, Johnson & Johnson, and Singapore Airlines and have customers in over 20 countries. Uptale is entering a new phase of growth in Australia.

Role summary: As an SDR focused on Enterprise & education accounts, you'll be Uptale's first employee and dedicated sales presence in Australia. You'll build and qualify a high‑value sales pipeline among Australia's largest companies and universities. You'll work with our Regional Manager based in Singapore to identify and reach out to key decision-makers, qualify outbound leads, and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and reach out to key decision-makers in target industries (Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Health, Education).
  • Qualify outbound leads and set meetings for Account Executives based in Singapore.
  • Collaborate on messaging and playbooks that resonate with the local market.
  • Log activity and results in HubSpot and support continuous improvement.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years in a B2B SaaS or EdTech SDR/BDR or sales role, ideally targeting enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Confidence in outbound prospecting, especially via cold-call.
  • Understanding of the APAC business environment and sales cycles.
  • Curiosity, drive and a structured way of working.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Autonomy; experience in a remote-first or international team.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, Aircall, Lusha.
  • French or another APAC language (not required).

Compensation: Competitive salary plus commission structure (OTE AUD 85,000 - 95,000 depending on experience).
