About Us

Smiths Detection, a global leader in threat detection and screening technologies, is seeking a highly skilled Program Associate to join our team. With 5 R&D centers, 21 Global Offices, and 7 Manufacturing Sites, we deliver innovative solutions to protect society from threats and illegal passage of explosives, prohibited weapons, contraband, toxic chemicals, and narcotics.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation of Tender and Bids, including Compliance Matrix, Technical Equipment, and Quotations from 3rd Party vendors.
  • Support Project Execution Plan implementation, attending Weekly Progress Meetings and preparing works with the Program Manager.
  • Monitor work in progress and prepare weekly reports on assignment status.
  • Coordinate materials and logistics, including shipment and receipt at project sites.
  • Coordinate with project personnel on day-to-day progress, procurement, and operations to ensure timely project completion.
  • Provide full support to the Program Manager, including site surveys, quotation reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Support the PM and Technical team in reviewing technical proposals and preparing technical drawings.
