The Opportunity

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic direction, performance, and sustainability of the Business Unit program function.
  • Manage and report on the program of work and projects end-to-end to ensure scope, requirements, milestones, and deliverables are sustainably achieved.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with Agency stakeholders, internal clients, and the management team by displaying our values and behaviours.
  • Communicate effectively, clarify, and manage key stakeholder expectations and allocate appropriate resources to ensure the delivery of effective outcomes.

About You

  • Strong understanding of Workers Compensation legislation and associated regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role, working within a fast-paced business environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies.
