About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Co-op Program Support Associate to join our team at the University of New South Wales. This is a fixed-term position until December 2025, with an ideal start date in January 2025.

As a Co-op Program Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery and development of internship opportunities for UNSW students with industry partners. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, record-keeping, and coordination for the internship program.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Co-op systems, spreadsheets, databases, dashboards, websites, and other administrative systems.
  • Provide general advice on administrative guidelines, processes, and activities internally.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding the Co-op Program and Co-op Internships from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates during the internship application process.
  • Maintain records in accordance with University policies and practices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a small, agile team.
  • Experience with Excel and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A passion for student experience and improving processes.
