Product Development Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Product Development Manager to lead our product development team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and be able to effectively manage projects from conception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects effectively, adhering to standards of scope, timeframes, and customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers through regular open communication.
  • Estimate and develop project plans according to customer needs.
  • Continuously monitor project progress and communicate clear updates on milestones and deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Analyse the economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback to management relating to cost benefits and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Australian citizen, permanent resident or working visa holder.
  • Relevant qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Electrical Engineering).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management or product lead role.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 & 9001 regulatory requirements.
