About the Role
Seeking an experienced Product Design Engineer to lead innovative projects from concept to production. As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop successful product designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers to set project goals and timelines.
- Lead technical aspects of projects, ensuring successful delivery of project stages.
- Effectively communicate through sketching, concept development, and presentations.
- Apply engineering principles to solve design challenges and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop detailed 3D CAD models and engineering drawings for prototype and production.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in similar or relevant roles.
- Strong understanding of product development processes.
- Excellent communication skills (sketch, written, and verbal).
- Good time management and ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to autonomously work in and lead small teams.
