Product Development Lead

Job Summary:
As a product development leader, you will oversee the execution of new product initiatives and ensure successful delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role is central to driving business growth through key strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate internal teams to ensure timely execution of all product development activities aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the entire product development process from concept to launch, ensuring milestones are met and that internal teams are executing against clearly defined deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate product testing and validation processes, ensuring product quality standards and compliance requirements are met.
- Prioritize key product developments and drive initiatives that will have the highest impact across various segments.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure all product initiatives are aligned with overarching business objectives.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in product management or product delivery, with a strong focus on execution and team leadership.
- Demonstrated experience working in telecommunications or technology sectors, with a proven track record of leading product development and delivery efforts.
- Experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Proven ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, holding them accountable to project timelines and deliverables.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
