Expert Organisational Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join our team. As an Organisational Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by designing and delivering high-quality training workshops, conducting thorough risk assessments, administering psychometric evaluations, and providing coaching and supervision programs to support individuals and teams.
You will work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and facilitators to scope and deliver tailored organisational wellbeing and learning projects that meet client needs. You will also conduct assessments and reviews to gain insights into organisational culture and wellbeing, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering evidence-based training programs for individuals and groups;
- Consulting and scoping projects with clients, internal stakeholders, and facilitators;
- Partnering with stakeholders to promote programs and ensure delivery of best-practice content;
- Conducting thorough psychosocial risk assessments and culture reviews to identify opportunities for improvement;
- Administering psychometric tools to assist in understanding team dynamics and individual capabilities;
- Offering individual and group coaching and supervision to support personal and professional growth;
- Implementing and supporting specialist peer support programs within client organisations;
- Compiling and delivering detailed reports on program outcomes, training evaluations, and client feedback.
- Proven experience in the mental health or psychological health and wellbeing sectors, with a background in organisational psychology or a similar field;
- Fully registered Psychologist or Social Worker with AHPRA (preferred), and may also hold a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and/or Coaching Accreditation (desirable but not essential).
- Strong consulting background, with experience in external consulting and working closely with clients to deliver exceptional customer service;
- Ability to develop and design evidence-based training content that caters to diverse learning styles and audiences;
- Exceptional public speaking skills and confidence in group facilitation, allowing you to effectively engage with diverse audiences and create impactful learning experiences;
- Skilled at evaluating training courses and programs, using feedback and data to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
