Job Description:

The role of a Change Chapter Lead is pivotal in delivering the Digital Master Plan, a 10-year strategic roadmap for the transformation of the university's digital capability. This includes providing an engaging, seamless and safe digital experience that enables students and staff to excel.

This role will lead, mentor and coach members of the Change Chapter to achieve strategic and personal goals.

  • Drive workforce planning and recruitment activities to support business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and continuously improve change frameworks, tools and templates to ensure consistency and quality of change deliverables.
  • Champion the chapter and its capabilities; representing its members and practices in forums with stakeholders and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities include collaborating with Transformation Leads, Chapter Leads, Value Stream Leads, and Delivery Leads to ensure a unified and effective organisation.

As a Change Chapter Lead, you will provide specialist knowledge, support, and advice on change management and organisational development.

Regular reporting to senior internal stakeholders on measures of success using relevant benchmarking frameworks and systems is also a key responsibility.

Compliance with ANU policies and procedures, particularly those relating to work health and safety and equal opportunity, is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualification in change management or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Demonstrated high-level achievement in working with diverse stakeholders and advising on best practice approaches.
  • Proven experience leading initiatives to drive continuous improvement and organisational change.
  • Ability to work effectively with staff, students, and other stakeholders.
