Job Opportunity: Organisational Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to develop and deliver impactful training programs that drive organisational success. As an Organisational Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training materials, hosting instructor-led and virtual sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, FAQs, and video tutorials.
  • Host instructor-led and virtual sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing support through Q&A sessions and follow-ups.
  • Track learner progress and optimise future training initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Proven experience creating diverse training content for varied audiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt training approaches to different learner groups.
  • Proficiency with training tools and platforms.

Additional Requirements:

  • Security clearance required: minimum NV2 (TSPV preferred).
  • Location: Barton, ACT.
