Job Title:

Professional Visa Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on visa options and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage the entire visa application process from preparation to submission and closure for various visa types, including skilled visas and employer-nominated visas.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities such as the Australian Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) or the Department of Home Affairs regarding visa cancellations/refusals.
  • Act as primary contact for client inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records using software platforms.
Requirements
  • A valid Migration Agents Registration Number (MARN) is mandatory.
  • Current work experience is required.
  • Bilingual skills may be advantageous.
