About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in managing complex visa cases from start to finish. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and ensure all necessary documents are prepared and submitted accurately.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Provide excellent communication skills to stakeholders regarding visa options and requirements
  • Case Management: Manage visa case files from preparation to closure for skilled visas, employer nominated visas, and other visas
  • Application Preparation: Prepare, lodge, and follow up applications and submissions to the AAT or Department of Home Affairs
  • Client Record Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date client records and adhere to industry standards
Requirements
  • Must hold a Migration Agents Registration Number (MARN)
  • Require current work experience
  • A second language is an advantage
