We're looking for a
Senior Visa & Compliance Coordinator
to join our team on a 12-month contract. This is a pivotal role where your expertise in compliance, reporting, and leadership will help keep our organisation running smoothly and safely.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert on
work rights compliance
and
visa management
.
Oversee
personal history checks
to ensure alignment with regulatory and safety standards.
Lead and support a small team, providing clear direction and effective delegation.
Manage and analyse large volumes of data to generate actionable insights.
Develop and deliver complex reports using
Excel
and
Power BI
to inform strategic decisions.
What you will bring
In-depth knowledge of the
Australian visa system
and work rights legislation.
Demonstrated experience in
compliance processes
and
employee onboarding
.
Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative and organised approach.
Advanced skills in
Excel
and
Power BI
, including dashboards and data visualisation.
A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for working with high-volume data.
Experience in
Community Services
or
Aged Care
is highly regarded.
