Job Title: Senior Visa Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Visa Specialist. This position will involve overseeing personal history checks, managing visa management, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the subject matter expert on work rights compliance and visa management.
  2. Lead and support a small team, providing clear direction and effective delegation.
  3. Manage and analyse large volumes of data to generate actionable insights.
Requirements
  1. In-depth knowledge of the Australian visa system and work rights legislation.
  2. Demonstrated experience in compliance processes and employee onboarding.
  3. Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative and organised approach.
  4. Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI, including dashboards and data visualisation.
About the Role
