Job Title: Senior HR Professional

About the Role

Lead and support a team of HR professionals to deliver strategic and operational goals. Collaborate with leaders across the business to embed effective HR solutions and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ER/IR case management, including investigations, grievances, and performance management.
  • Provide expert guidance on industrial instruments and employment legislation.
  • Use data and metrics to identify workforce trends and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • 8+ years' experience in HR generalist roles within blue-collar, industrial or complex environments.
  • Leadership experience for at least 2 years.
  • Strong employee relations and industrial relations skills.
  • Commercial acumen with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Collaborative and supportive leadership style.
