This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR support to senior management across various areas, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR processes and systems using established tools, ensuring compliance with Australian legislation and laws.
- Manage industrial relations matters, interpret awards, advise on remuneration, reward, and benefits, and execute employee engagement strategies.
- Coach and lead management teams on complex IR matters, providing guidance and expertise to ensure successful outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an HR generalist, with a strong understanding of Australian employment law and regulations.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work within a billable environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to develop and foster professional relationships.
