Human Resource Leadership Position

The HR Manager will lead the human resource function, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business goals. This includes developing, implementing, and continuously improving HR policies, processes, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR function and develop HR strategies to support business growth
  • Implement HR policies, processes, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement
  • Provide strategic HR advice and recommendations to senior management on workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development
  • Foster a high-performance culture by driving leadership development, coaching, and succession planning initiatives
  • Ensure employees feel valued, respected, and supported, promoting job satisfaction within the organisation
  • Oversee the execution of HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices across all jurisdictions where the company operates
  • Supervise the maintenance of HR records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Lead investigations into employee relations issues, ensuring fair and legally compliant resolutions
  • Monitor and manage HR metrics, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making
  • Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity
  • Lead initiatives such as Employee/Team recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and culture-building events
  • Oversee the implementation of feedback mechanisms (e.g., employee surveys) and create action plans for improvement
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees, fostering open communication and a positive workplace culture
  • Oversee recruitment and selection strategies, ensuring the organisation has a skilled and cohesive team
  • Implement structured onboarding programs to enhance new employee integration and retention
  • Drive professional development programs, including training, mentorship, and leadership development
  • Manage performance management frameworks, ensuring continuous feedback, goal-setting, and career progression pathways
  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members, ensuring high performance and professional growth
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring HR team members are empowered to contribute meaningfully
  • Conduct regular team meetings, providing direction, support, and feedback
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between HR and other business units
  • Drive HR transformation projects to align with business growth and operational changes
  • Support leadership in managing organisational change, restructuring, and workforce transitions
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for employee retention and engagement during periods of change

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1+ years of HR Manager experience
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and compliance standards
  • Experience in organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, and culture initiatives
  • Ability to oversee HR operations, compliance, and staff supervision
