Senior HR Business Partner

The role of a Senior HR Business Partner is key to driving organisational performance. We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team, providing strategic advice and support across the business.

Job Description:

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Oversee contracts, employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supervise and support the HR Officer, ensuring leave coverage and providing guidance on HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and industry standards.
  • Analyse HR metrics to provide insights for executive decision-making.
  • Contribute to change management efforts during growth or restructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Formal qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner with strong generalist capability.
  • Expertise in HR operations and strategy with a commercially-minded approach.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian workplace laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations and HR projects.
  • Proven track record of advising senior stakeholders and working autonomously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
