As an Account Manager at Bradken, you will be responsible for managing sales and margins in a region, driving growth of Bradken Mineral Processing sales, and contributing to the formulation of regional growth plans.
You will have a multifaceted approach to customer engagement and business development, including frequent customer visits, developing customer engagement plans, and analyzing market position through report data.
Key responsibilities include assessing current market position, reporting on performance against budget and benchmark objectives, and collaborating with manufacturing teams to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
You will work closely with the Sales Support coordinators to manage priorities and meet customer requirements.
Key Requirements- Technical trade background or tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering is desirable.
- Professional experience in Customer Management is desirable.
- Sales ability to incorporate marketing techniques and implement strategic initiatives, operating plans, and budgets will be preferred.
- Demonstrated years of experience in Mining or associated markets.
