About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive innovation and excellence in mental health information systems. This is a permanent full-time opportunity to provide expert-level leadership, operational direction, and strategic thinking across Metro North Mental Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide informed and timely management advice to the MNMH Executive Leadership Team on MHAOD information system issues, including impacts on clinical practice, workforce planning, training, and professional development.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to ensure alignment with HHS and state MHAOD information technology system initiatives.
  • Manage staff performance within the Mental Health Information Systems team, using Restorative, Just, and Learning Culture approaches to address issues as they arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert knowledge of mental health information systems and their applications.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in driving innovation and change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
