Job Title: Lead Power Systems Strategist

A highly skilled Lead Power Systems Strategist is required to spearhead our power systems engineering and grid connection initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with expertise in power systems within transmission, distribution, and/or renewable energy sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with at least 10 years of industry experience. They will also demonstrate proven leadership and mentorship capabilities, as well as the ability to develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing grid connection studies and grid connection modeling, developing and maintaining relationships with global counterparts, overseeing model development, performing studies, and assessing results using tools like PSS/E, PSCAD, PSS/Sincal, and DIgSILENT.

They will also provide technical supervision and mentoring to a team of engineers, offer technical support to external stakeholders, and stay current on industry trends and National Electricity Rules (NER) technical requirements.
