Job Title: Spiritual Care Provider

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Spiritual Care Provider to deliver comprehensive care services for our residents at The Sister Anne Court.

About the Position:

  • This is a permanent part-time role working 16 hours per week.
  • The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the pastoral care team to ensure excellent resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver spiritual care services to residents, ensuring their cultural and spiritual wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and progress.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Pastoral Care or similar qualifications in theology or spirituality.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Catholic faith principles.
  • Previous experience in aged care or a related field.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
  • NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
