About the Role

My People Solutions is seeking an experienced Client Coordinator to join our team in a part-time morning position. As a key member of our Healthcare Solutions team, you will be responsible for rostering nurses and care workers to regular and short notice shifts, building engaging and trusted relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, permanent and casual workers, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Shift Rostering: Manage daily and weekly shift rostering of nurses and care workers, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and minimizing downtime.
  • Resource Management: Identify and reallocate staff resources quickly and efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date workforce and scheduling databases, ensuring timely access to critical information.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor nurses and care worker compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment teams, as required, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Agency-Based Casual Workforce Scheduling: Proven experience in rostering high volumes of casual workers, preferably in the healthcare or NDIS sector.
  • System Skills: Proficiency in MS Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Zoho and Brevity being highly regarded.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills.
  • Organizational and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills: Effective numerical, critical thinking, and analytical skills to make informed decisions.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a positive attitude.
