Job Title: Client Coordinator

My People Solutions Recruitment & Labour Hire Agency is seeking an experienced Client Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Healthcare Solutions team, you will be responsible for rostering nurses and care workers to regular and short notice shifts, building engaging and trusted relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, permanent and casual workers.
  • Manage daily and weekly shift rostering of nurses and care workers.
  • Identify and reallocate staff resources efficiently, as needed.
  • Keep workforce and scheduling databases current and up-to-date.
  • Monitor nurses and care worker compliance, ensuring documentation and certifications are current.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment teams, as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in agency-based casual workforce scheduling and rostering, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Good system skills, including MS Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Zoho and Brevity being highly regarded.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to utilize and update staff scheduling databases to maximize value from people and rostering tools.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Effective numerical, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Benefits:
