To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in the Aged and Community Care sector.
- Proven ability to efficiently manage client schedules.
- High-level interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-developed organizational skills with a strong capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial, as is the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
