We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse to join our Clinical Teams in Central Australia.

This is a clinical role that provides high-quality primary health care, mentoring and supervision to graduate clinicians and students.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinic Manager to facilitate and manage client flow in the clinic.

About the Role

As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering excellent patient care and providing leadership to junior staff members.

You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Your expertise and guidance will help to enhance the skills and confidence of junior staff, contributing to the overall success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality primary health care services to patients
  • Provide mentoring and supervision to junior staff members
  • Work collaboratively with the Clinic Manager to manage client flow
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant nursing qualification and current registration with the Nursing Board
  • Extensive experience in primary health care and leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong commitment to professional development and continuing education
