Nurse Management Coordinator – Chronic Conditions
At the Northern Territory Government, Department of Health, we offer a unique opportunity for skilled nurses to make a difference in our communities.
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Management Coordinator – Chronic Conditions to join our team in Alice Springs. As part of our Primary and Public Health Care services, you will play a critical role in providing professional advice on assessment, planning, review, evaluation, and coordination of service delivery in the defined practice area.
About the Role:
- You will have current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or be eligible for same;
- A Graduate Certificate beyond entry-to-practice relevant to the speciality area;
- Experience driving a manual vehicle and eligibility to obtain a NT Driver's Licence;
- And a willingness to travel to remote communities by 4WD or light aircraft on a regular basis.
What We Offer:
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary package range of $154,808 - $161,239, comprising a base salary of $132,267 - $139,215, superannuation, leave loading, and the value of 2 weeks extra recreation leave.
