Child Health Nurse

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Health Nurse to join our Child Health & Engagement team at Central Australian Aboriginal Congress Aboriginal Corporation. The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based child health services to children aged 0-5 years and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide child health assessments, immunisations, and developmental screening to ensure children receive the best start in life.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, holistic, and coordinated services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and community members to promote healthy outcomes.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration with a minimum of five years clinical practice.
- Expert knowledge of the NT vaccination schedule and childhood immunisations.
- Working knowledge of Child Health and current practices, theories, and values.
