About the PositionThe Team Leader - Gap Clinic provides essential day-to-day coordination of the clinical flow at the Gap Clinic. This role requires strong leadership and supervision skills to provide guidance to other clinical staff within their scope of practice.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic, managing day-to-day tasks, and providing support to patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff within your scope of practice
- Ensure the efficient operation of the clinic, including managing day-to-day tasks
- Support patients and staff as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, health administration)
- Experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A commitment to working with Aboriginal communities
