About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support and Service Coordinator to join our National Customer Support Centre in Lane Cove, NSW.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer service and support via phone, email, and other channels
  • Coordinate service requests and installations, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and processed efficiently
  • Manage warranty processes, including processing claims and coordinating repairs
  • Provide product and services information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Coordinate multiple field technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Requirements
  • 1+ years experience in a similar customer service role
  • Experience in service coordination and scheduling
  • Confidence and knowledge of an inbound call centre team
  • Order management experience and understanding of inventory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a team environment and autonomously
  • Ability to take ownership and ensure outcomes are met
