Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level assistance within the Surgery Program.

Based at Dandenong Hospital, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings
  • Preparing reports and coordinating feedback
  • Liaising with the Executive team and drafting communication
  • Maintaining data as required

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
