About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable professional to support our Planned Surgery Recovery & Reform Team.

Our team is working on initiatives to improve access to planned surgery, and we need your support to complete these projects and provide administrative assistance to the clinical reassessment clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for patients for the reassessment clinic, in person and telehealth.
  • Provide clerical and reception support to the reassessment outpatient clinic.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic data for patients in the electronic patient record.
  • Offer administrative support to the Planned Surgery Recovery and Reform Team.
