As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing planned surgical admissions.

This is a part-time job share position requiring 16 hours of work per week.

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of elective surgery waiting lists, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and business rules.

You will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient booking management and maximum utilisation of theatre sessions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills with experience in people management, team leadership, and change management.

They will also have strong project management and data analysis skills, as well as highly developed communication and negotiation skills.

A Registered Nurse with current registration and a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience are essential requirements for this role.
