We are seeking a professional to oversee and manage the internal staff and external contractors for a large private residence in Western Australia.

Key responsibilities include training, supervising, and directing cleaning staff, maintenance manager, and other operations staff to ensure the highest standards are met and maintained for all interior and exterior areas of the house.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee scheduled and periodic repairs and maintenance undertaken by the domestic team.
  • Manage rostering, annual leave, and reporting for household staff.
  • Ensure timely completion of household laundry and management of linen inventory and laundry products.
  • Manage AV / Security / apple updates and additional tasks as directed by the Owners or Personal Assistant.

Requirements:

  • Recent experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to manage and lead other staff, strong scheduling and list management skills.
  • Trustworthy, takes pride in work, hardworking, organised, and punctual with an eye for detail.
  • Polite and discreet, understanding of confidentiality, and respectful boundaries.

Benefits:

  • Permanent, full-time position (8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday).
  • Western Suburbs location.

Additional Information:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and be proactive in identifying solutions to problems. They will also be able to maintain confidentiality and work well under pressure.
