Supplying bolts, nuts, screws, concrete anchors, chemical anchor, abrasives, adhesives, stud bolts and cutting and drilling products, MEGAFIX focus on speed and support to make it easy for their valued clientele.
MEGAFIX was founded by the original owners in 2003 to provide fastening solutions for the agricultural industry in regional Western Australia. They saw the opportunity to expand into other industries and in 2019 they relocated to Perth and built a team of established and up and coming industry experts.
The Role In this newly created role based in Forrestfield, we are searching for a reliable and positive Personal Assistant to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Key Account Managers at MEGAFIX. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, booking appointments, liaising with customers, overseeing of quotations and KPI's for the Key Account Managers.
This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Providing support and administration assistance to the Key Account Managers
- Booking appointments and managing Key Account Managers diaries
- Preparing and following up on quotations
- Assisting with sales calls to customers and updating CRM database
- Perform ad hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Key Account Managers

- Able to manage a variety of tasks on a daily basis
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Previous experience working with and supporting a management team
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite
