The Relationship Manager role plays a pivotal part in our Regulatory Compliance solution line, focusing on nurturing and expanding an existing portfolio of Regulatory Compliance customers. This involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve growth objectives.
This position requires the ability to develop sales opportunities using prescribed sales methodology to grow the sales pipeline. Collaboration with the Product Specialist Team, Marketing & BDMs is essential to identify upsell and like-for-like growth opportunities.
Ongoing client visits are necessary to promote and demonstrate Lexis Nexis solutions. Maintaining accurate records of customer and prospective customer contact status in CRM is also crucial.
A full understanding of LexisNexis RC technology portfolio, including products and services/education offerings, is required. This includes demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to make persuasive presentations to various audiences.
