Business Development Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Coordinator to join our national Marketing & Business Development team. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to firm-wide strategic initiatives, work alongside senior stakeholders, and gain exposure to various practice areas and industry sectors.

About the Role

  • This is an exciting chance to develop your skills in a progressive and independent law firm that values innovation, collaboration, and career growth.
  • You will play an integral role in supporting Business Development Managers and Advisors to deliver high-quality client initiatives, including assisting with client relationship activities, supporting go-to-market campaigns, preparing capability statements, and coordinating directory and award submissions.
  • Maintaining and updating key business development materials, including credentials, transaction lists, and online content, is also a crucial aspect of this role.

About You

  • To succeed in this role, you will bring a collaborative, team-focused approach, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational ability, a proactive can-do mindset, and attention to detail.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent, as well as at least 2 years' experience in business development or marketing in a related professional services environment, is also essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with client relationship activities such as events, reporting, and client insights.
  • Supporting go-to-market campaigns across priority practice areas and industry sectors.
  • Preparing capability statements, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Coordinating directory and award submissions.
  • Maintaining and updating key business development materials, including credentials, transaction lists, and online content.
