About the Role

This is a generalist role that plays a pivotal part in delivering an exceptional experience for employees throughout their entire life cycle.

The role is underpinned by a people-first and customer service approach, requiring the ability to provide best practice advice to the network while building out internal Knowledge Centre documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a willingness to go above and beyond, and a strong desire to get things done.

  • Provide system support and guidance to other team members, stakeholders, managers, and users with platforms such as HRIS, LMS, intranet.
  • Facilitate and assist with people moves, promotions, terminations, hires.
  • Draft supporting documentation for employees (letter of expectations, contracts, secondment letters etc.) with a keen level of detail.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Use critical thinking to identify, investigate, and resolve support queries in line with set SLAs.
  2. Support initiatives, project work, and new service offering rollouts.
  3. Utilize knowledge management systems to capture current processes and potential improvements.
  4. Build relationships with stakeholders, empathize with others, and communicate efficiently and effectively.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ideal experience working in an HR function or having worked with HR platform administration, configuration, and support.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • A proactive attitude with a positive and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to understand, empathize, and build good relationships with others.
