About the Opportunity

This position involves providing expert advice and support on HR-related matters, working closely with the HR Business Partner team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they remain up-to-date and relevant.
  • Support annual remuneration reviews, entity-level and group-level processes, and wages audits under specified EA/Collective agreements.
  • Draft reports, presentations, and documentation to effectively communicate complex information.
  • Provide guidance on employment law, contract interpretation, performance management, and dispute resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant HR legislation and ethical standards, including EEO, harassment, and bullying, and WGEA.
  • Drive culture change through coaching and educating managers and staff.
  • Collaborate with Managers and Learning and Development staff on relevant Culture and Engagement strategies.
