About Our Team

We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Coordinator for Collaborative Experiences and Engagement.

This role will be responsible for planning and executing business-specific events and activities, including offsites, in-person activities, townhalls, client meetings and user groups.

The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to key Solutions leaders and work closely with the broader Insight community to amplify engagement and participation in APAC events and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and celebrations to foster team connection and engagement.
  • Develop a framework to support regular and consistent updates and communications to teammates.
  • Engage with the broader team to amplify engagement and participation in APAC events and initiatives.
  • Provide high-level executive support to key Solutions leaders.
  • Deliver clean data and thoughtful insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in internal event planning within a corporate environment.
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services setting is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for people, community, and meaningful connections.
  • Naturally proactive and self-starting mindset.
  • Strong ability to workshop solutions and communicate them with clarity and conviction.
