Key Responsibilities

  • Organize project setup during the initiation phase.
  • Draft meeting materials and coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate the meeting.
  • Develop project plans for review by the Clinical Project Manager.
  • Manage project information in the Clinical Trial Management System, including tracking milestones.
  • Accurately track project action items, risks, and issues from inception through completion.
  • Coordinate meetings and take minutes for project teams.
  • Ensure effective communication among team members.
  • Review and approve documents, update metadata, and manage document approval.
  • Facilitate quarterly reviews of the Trial Master File with the PM.
  • Track vendor invoices, site invoices, and investigator grants payments on assigned projects. Assist the CPM with reviewing customer invoices for project labour and expenses.
  • Support the CPM with monthly revenue recognition and forecasting.
  • Track KPIs and report to Sponsor.
  • Generate and report accruals to Sponsor.
Departmental Expectations

Foster a healthy team culture and promote good morale by participating in regular meetings.

Identify training needs of the team and recommend appropriate training actions.

Ensure ongoing quality review of study documents, including internal reviews of documents and forms.

Proactively identify departmental risks and assist in their mitigation/resolution.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or relevant industry experience.
  • CTA experience is desirable.
  • Familiarity with ICH/GCP guidelines and country regulatory guidelines is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Dynamic and action-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, analyze problems, and develop solutions.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite.
